An Iraqi refugee vows to one day be a doctor again
Becoming a refugee means leaving behind friends, family, and, for many, careers. For highly educated people like Marwan Sweedan — who was once a surgeon in Iraq — asylum in the US generally means starting from scratch. But a new program, Global Talent Idaho, is designed to change that.
