The 13 year-old scientist's electricity-capturing device
A teenager has invented a device which gathers energy from the environment to create electricity. It only costs a few dollars to put together and she's won the Young Scientist Challenge's top prize of $25 000 for it. Maanasa Mendu from Ohio told us what motivated her and how the device, called "Harvest", works.
