Exploring the ancient city of Kuelap

The ancient city of Kuelap lies 3,000m (9,842ft) above sea level in the highlands of Peru.

Built by the Chachapoyas, centuries before the Inca civilisation conquered the region, this remote city was one of the largest stone cities in South America.

The BBC Travel Show’s Carmen Roberts finds out more.
