Could Beatrix Potter have been the next Darwin?

The 150th anniversary of Beatrix Potter's birth is being celebrated not only by fans of her novels but also by fans of science.

Ecologist Dr Tom Wakeford and Libby Joy, former chairman of the Beatrix Potter Society, explain how her love of science later influenced the work that made her famous - so much so that she could have been hailed "the next Darwin".
