Migrant cross takes centre stage at St Paul's

A cross made from the wood of wrecked migrant boats has been displayed in a special service at St Paul's Cathedral.

The cross was made by Francesco Tuccio, the "Carpenter of Lampedusa", who has given several similar crosses to asylum seekers as a symbol of hope and new life.

The British Museum has acquired one of the crosses for its permanent collection and it was used by the cathedral to mark the beginning of Refugee Week.

Mr Tuccio flew over for the service, as PM's Emma Jane Kirby reports.
