EU has 'sprawling, inefficient' bureaucracy

Mark Littlewood, director of the free-market think-tank the Institute of Economic Affairs, was once chairman of the UK branch of the Young European Federalists.

But in the upcoming referendum, he'll be voting to leave the EU, arguing it is a "sprawling, inefficient, petty self-obsessed bureaucracy" with no appetite for reform.

In a personal film for the Daily Politics, he sets out the reasons he has made this political journey.
