Should fracking under national parks be allowed?

MPs will decide on Wednesday whether fracking should be allowed under national parks and other protected sites.

Campaigners have accused the government of a U-turn after it promised an out-right ban on fracking in environmentally sensitive areas.

Tim Farron, the Liberal Democrat leader, spoke to Jo Coburn. She began by asking him what the problem was given that regulations governing fracking mean we wont actually see it happening in the national parks.

Guests of the day Sam Gyimah, minister for childcare and John Healey, the shadow housing minister, also discussed.
