Sir Norman Fowler: Fight against HIV going backwards
Sir Norman Fowler says we're going backwards in our fight against HIV as half the world's population with the illness are not aware they carry it because they're too scared to get tested.
The former health secretary was part of the 1987 Conservative government which launched a public information campaign with the slogan "AIDS: Don't Die of Ignorance."
