Ant Forager at Claridge's
16,000 ants arrive in the Claridge's kitchen for the opening of 'Noma'. Famed for its Nordic cuisine and avant-garde ingredients, the restaurant is setting up for 10 days only. The highlight of the menu, Danish ants, must be really fresh but all attempts to send them in the post and keep them alive have failed. Only one option remains - they must be hand-delivered by a Danish ant forager.
