There is one dipper chick left to fledge in the perilous sluice nest. One of its siblings has done well on its first journey, the other has died - how will this one fare? The chick drops from the nest and manages to find its way from the torrent on to the bank. But its parents won't feed it. They seem to want it to travel downstream to where they wait with the other chick - a huge journey for a little bird that can't fly or swim properly yet. The chick struggles from rock to rock and eventually makes it. On arrival it gets a welcome meal.
