Sean speaks to those who have been running the event for four decades and hears how it inspires and equips thousands of Christians to learn more about their faith. Radzi Chinyanganya meets a family in Manchester whose lives were radically changed by attending Spring Harvest – it inspired them to move home and start running a community project. Christian leaders, father and son
Clive Calver and his son Gavin have Spring Harvest in their blood. Clive was its co-founder in 1979 and Gavin, after a period of teenage rebellion, went on to become a Christian and is now one of Spring Harvest’s senior leaders. Father and son each reflect on their shared journey.
Creative ways to pray
Sean joins Jane Holloway who leads Christians from Spring Harvest who are praying as they walk to the town of Minehead. Jane describes how ‘prayer walking’ allows Christians to pray not just for themselves but for other people and other communities. The group joins with local Christian leaders, who explain the difference it makes to the town.
