Chabrier, Purcell, Schumann

In Tune's specially curated playlist: featuring New Generation Artists, an Indian interlude and some beautiful impressionism.

In Tune's specially curated Mixtape featuring music to march to, beginning with Chabrier's orchestrated Joyuese Marche, followed by a Poulenc Improvisation in A Minor. The Danish String Quartet brings us a unique quintet for strings composed by Carl Nielsen before Debussy’s famous Arabesque No.2 is performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra. The Indian Queen trumpet overture calls for a traditional piece of Indian music by Dmitrie Cantemir before a variety of classical genres are explored by Louise Farrenc, Bach and Clara Schumann.
