Heat 7, 2018

Paul Gambaccini hosts the latest heat of the wide-ranging music quiz, from the BBC's venerable Maida Vale studios.

Three more music lovers join Paul Gambaccini for the toughest music quiz of them all, this week from the BBC's Maida Vale studios. As always the competitors face questions on every aspect and genre of music, from ballet and opera to Bond themes and Broadway melodies. They'll also be asked to choose a category on which to answer specialist questions, with no prior warning of the topics on offer.

Taking part are:
Mark Adnitt, a retired civil servant from Taunton
David Greenwood, a project manager from Haslemere in Surrey
Richard Messingham, a Head of Communications from Leystonstone

The winner will take another of the places in the 2018 semi-finals.
