Sex Pistol Glen Matlock tells Johnnie about his ultimate Rock God plus we reach 'I' in the A-Z of Rock

Glen Matlock was the original bassist in the Sex Pistols and was famously replaced with the notorious Sid Vicious after he left.

Glen's career has lasted more than four decades and as well as forming his own band The Rich Kids, he's played with many other artists including the likes of Iggy Pop and the Damned, as well as standing in on bass for the late Ronnie Lane in a reformation of the Faces. Glen also took part in the Sex Pistols reunions and has played live with the band on several tours since they reformed in 1996. Glen's choice of Rock God is someone with whom he admired as a youngster and was lucky enough to work with during his career too.

In the A-Z of Rock, Johnnie will look at the letter 'I'. Could it be Black Sabbath's metal guitar pioneer Tony Iommi or Jethro Tull's rock flute-playing Ian Anderson? Or maybe punk godfather Iggy Pop? Listen to find out who Johnnie will pick.
