Fight for Sight

Eye diseases and sight loss can affect anyone anywhere and can impact all aspects of life. Our research aims to address the most common eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic eye disease as well as stopping sight loss in children.

Two million too many

Two million too many

There are two million people in the UK currently affected by sight loss and this is set to double by 2050. Sight is the sense that we fear losing the most and yet there are still many eye diseases that we can’t prevent or treat. That’s why Fight for Sight supports pioneering eye research to create a future everyone can see.
