The Binchois Consort, Ade Solanke, Musicians from the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain

Sean Rafferty presents a lively mix of music, conversation and arts news. Members of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain play live in the studio ahead of their appearance at the Proms. Sean talks to writer Ade Solanke whose new play for Hampton Court Palace, The Court Must Have a Queen, centres around a trumpeter in the court of Henry VIII. Singers from The Binchois Consort, who are appearing in Hereford at Three Choirs Festival, will perform pieces from their latest CD.
