New Town Concerts. 4/4

Chamber concert recordings from all over the UK and beyond. Three European quartets perform a selection of works from the New Town Concert series at the Queen's Hall, Edinburgh.

The Cremona Quartet, the Casals Quartet and the Castalian String Quartet perform a selection of works from Puccini, Beethoven and Brahms from the New Town Concert series at the Queen's Hall, Edinburgh. The New Town Concerts were founded in the 1960s as a subscription series with the intention "to light up the 49 weeks of musical darkness over the winter months between one Edinburgh International Festival and the next".
