What treatment have you been offered by the NHS for chronic fatigue syndrome and has it worked?

The organisation that decides on NHS treatment - NICE - has ordered a review. It's in response to a campaign by some patients, doctors and MPs.

We'd like to know what treatment you've been offered for chronic fatigue syndrome and if it's worked.

Email us now at youandyours@bbc.co.uk and please add your phone number so we can call you back.
