Music from the 2016 Lammermuir Festival. With Andreas Borregaard (accordion) playing Gubaidulina's De Profundis and Navarra Quartet performing Beethoven's String Quartet, Op 131.

The Danish accordion virtuoso Andreas Borregaard, a resident artist at this year's Lammermuir Festival, performs one of the defining works for the classical accordion by Russian composer Sofia Gubaidulina while the Navarra Quartet take on the marathon seven-movement challenge posed by Beethoven in his late, Op 131 string quartet.
