Money Box Live: Road Charges

Parking levies, congestion charges, roads with tolls - do these policies really work to reduce congestion or are they an unfair tax on car users?

Parking levies, congestion charges, roads with tolls - these are just a few ideas for ways to help ease and maintain our clogged roads.

Adam Shaw and guests discuss whether levying these 'additional' taxes on car users is an effective way to reduce congestion and improve transport. Do they work? Are they fair?
