As the world wakes up to the unsustainable levels of food being thrown away, Inside Out discovers the Real Junk Food Project, whose aim is to eliminate food waste. The organisation gives food a 'second chance' at cafes across the North West - and, as Jacey Normand reports, it even caters for weddings.
Attempting to recreate the buzz and community spirit that the Tour of Britain cycling race brought to the town of Longridge, the community have brought together 70 artists to paint the town in a fast painting competition. Michelle Ackerley reports.
