Dominic Littlewood comes to the aid of ordinary people who are having a consumer nightmare. When John and Hanna bought their first home together they took the precaution of having a survey carried out, which indicated no major problems. Yet shortly after moving into the property, they discovered a major damp issue that will cost thousands of pounds to rectify. Dom takes up the fight and looks at what consumers should expect when commissioning a survey.
