In this special edition of Hear and Now, Andrew McGregor and Sara Mohr-Pietsch present highlights from the 2015 Awards ceremony held last Wednesday at BFI Southbank in London. They'll be talking to some of the winning composers, and offering a chance to hear some of their music.
