Tony Livesey and Anna Foster with the day's news and sport. New figures show the NHS in England is already failing to meet its key targets and struggling to cope before the demands of winter set in. In September, the NHS slipped further against its target to see, treat or discharge 95% of patients in A and E within four hours. The President of the European Council says there's 'a race against time' to save the Schengen agreement - which allows free movement across Europe - in the face of the migrant crisis. New guidance recommends GPs in England should be more prepared to offer women hormone replacement therapy as part of treatment options for the menopause. We speak to a woman who had lunch with Hollywood star George Clooney.
