It reveals much about the behaviour of school children and the trends in toys and play over the years. The Confiscation Cabinet is on show at the Museum of Childhood in London.

His book 'On The Trail of Genghis Khan' recounts his journey on horseback from Karakorum in Mongolia to Budapest in Hungary following the route taken by Genghis Khan’s army as they created the Mongol Empire. But while travel is about making new contacts it is also about separation.

Christmas Single: The Spirit of Christmas
Bored at his Gran’s one day after a day’s sledging, eleven-year-old Fynnjan decided to write his own Christmas song. The result – ‘The Spirit of Christmas’ was such a hit locally that Fynnjan’s mum Su decided to record it as a charity single and release it in time for Christmas. We’ve been following their progress.
