The girl behind the Marshmallowists, Oonagh Sims was originally a chocolate maker in France, before moving back to London in 2011 and meeting her business partner, Kim Galloway. At first the girls decided to make cakes, but after some flawed concepts and a little misspent money on cooking kits, the pair knew they had hit jackpot when their first homemade batch of gourmet marshmallows were set and cut.
