One team decides to target young professionals while the other team settle on the over 50s. Half head off to take the pulse of the public while the rest work on the websites. But there is trouble in paradise for some as market research throws up some surprising results. Time runs away with one team, as decisions on branding cause tension and there is a major surprise in store when things come to a head and an explosive move leaves the candidates in disarray. The next day it is lights, camera, action as the ads get underway and a starring role for one candidate leaves his teammates speechless.
In the boardroom, both teams come under fire and the losers are left with a lot of explaining to do as Lord Sugar tries to get to the bottom of what went wrong. Yet the honeymoon is over for someone as they hear Lord Sugar's fateful phrase.
