Sir Michael Parkinson celebrates the exceptional Dorothy Fields, one of only three women to majorly contribute lyrics for the Great American Songbook. She wrote with some notable composers including Jerome Kern, Jimmy McHugh, Sigmund Romberg, Harold Arlen and Arthur Schwartz. Her songs are among the best known of all time. 'I Can't Give you Anything But Love', 'The Sunny Side of the Street', 'The Way You Look Tonight' and 'Pick Yourself Up' among them. Her career spanned the decades.
