Alyn Shipton takes over as presenter of this long-running programme of listeners' requests. The music this week includes tracks by pianist Brad Mehldau, Norwegian multi-instrumentalist Marius Neset, Jamaican alto saxophonist Joe Harriott, the cornettist Bix Beiderbecke, the young Canadian singer Nikki Yanofsky and saxophonist Roland Kirk.
