Nadia Sawalha presents as two amateur cooks go head-to-head to see if they've got what it takes to create a restaurant in their own homes for one night only - and make a profit. Today Instant Restaurant is in Wales with young dairy farmer Caroline Lewis, pitching her simple farmhouse fare against carpet fitter Matthew Taylor's French-inspired classics. He idolises Marco Pierre White, while Caroline's helpers reckon she can just about follow a recipe. So will Matthew wipe the floor with Caroline, or might she spring a surprise?
