Kinky Boots

British comedy starring Chiwetel Ejiofor. A man inherits his family's shoe factory. Things look bleak until he meets a cabaret singer who introduces him to a niche market.

A Northampton shoe factory is on the verge of closing down, unable to compete with cheap imports. The reluctant and desperate owner is inspired by an outrageous drag queen to switch production to saucy footwear for transvestites - to the despair of his fiancée and the shop floor.

An Ealing comedy for the Ann Summers generation.
