If you do not want your name to be read out on air or do not wish to be contacted by the production team please say that in your email or mark your message confidential. If you are happy to be contacted, we will only do so about your story or comment; we will not use your data for marketing or general research and we will not give your information to anyone outside the Saturday Live production team.

The BBC is the “data controller” of this information. This means that the BBC decides what your personal information is used for, and the ways in which it is processed. The legal basis on which the BBC processes your personal information is the public interest in the BBC producing journalistic, literary or artistic content.

We will hold your information securely for one year from the date you send it to us, after which it will be deleted.
