When will doors open?
Doors open 1 hour before the start of each concert (two and a half hours for restaurant and bar access) and 30 minutes before each late-night concert. Tickets and passes will be scanned upon entry. Please have them ready, one per person.
Latecomers
Latecomers will only be admitted if and when there is a suitable break in the performance.
Security
Please do not bring large bags to the Royal Albert Hall. All bags and visitors may be subject to security checks as a condition of entry.
Children under 5
Children under 5 are welcome at the CBeebies Proms (Proms 3 and 5) and the Relaxed Prom (Prom 24). Out of consideration for audience and artists, we recommend that children attending other Proms are aged 5 and over.
Is there a cloakroom?
Cloakroom available. A charge of £1.00 per item applies. Cloakroom season tickets, priced £20.40, are also available (conditions apply – see royalalberthall.com)

Dress code
Come as you are: there is no dress code at the Proms.
Proms merchandise and programmes
Merchandise is available at Doors 6 and 12 and on the Rausing Circle level at Doors 4 and 8. Programmes are on sale throughout the building. Merchandise and programmes are also available online
