How to Book

There is a Prom for every music-lover, whether you’re a first-timer or seasoned regular. Seated tickets for all BBC Proms concerts at the Royal Albert Hall are placed into price bands, starting at £7.50 (plus booking fee). You can find the ticket price on each event page.

New booking opening dates for your diary

Booking Period 1

23 July: additional tickets open

On Friday 23 July at 12 noon, additional tickets will go on sale for concerts taking place between 30 July and 19 August. Book online or by phone.

Booking Period 2

22 July: Create your Proms Plan online

On Thursday 22 July at 12 noon, you can fill in your your Proms Plan for all concerts taking place between 20 August and 10 September. You must complete your Plan by 11.59pm on Friday 23 July in order to make a booking with it. Creating a Plan does not by itself result in a booking.


24 July: General booking opens

From 9.00am on Saturday 24 July booking opens for all concerts taking place between 20 August and 10 September, as well as for earlier concerts if they are available. Submit your Proms Plan or book online or by phone.

Online booking

Between Thursday 22 July and Friday 23 July (11.59pm) for booking period 2 - use the Proms Planner to create your personal Proms Plan.

On Friday 23 July at 12 noon, additional tickets will go on sale for concerts taking place between 30 July and 19 August.

9.00am on Saturday 24 July (booking period 2) - you can redeem your Proms Plan and submit your booking. Creating a plan does not by itself result in a booking.

If you do not have a Proms Plan, you can just book online at royalalberthall.com.

The ‘Select Your Own Seat’ option is not available via the Proms Planner or during the first few days that Proms tickets are on sale. You will be allocated the best available places within your chosen seating area. The option will not be available if social-distancing measures are in place.

Allocation of boxes is dependent on whether performances will be socially distanced. Please see royalalberthall.com for the most up-to-date information closer to 21 June.

From 12 noon on Friday 23 June (Booking period 1) and 9.00am Saturday 24 July, call the Royal Albert Hall Box Office on 020 7070 4441*

On Saturday 26 June and 24 July, as well as during the Prom season (30 July until 11 September), the phone lines will be open 9am – 8pm. Outside of these dates, opening times will vary.
