Wanted: Online dating volunteers for BBC Horizon

Award-winning BBC science series Horizon is making a new film about online dating, and we need your help.

We’re looking for fun, open-minded volunteers to take part in an upcoming documentary, as BBC Horizon delves into the world of online dating and asks whether science and maths can really help people find love.

We’re looking for couples (who met online) to be interviewed together on-camera, talking about anything from how they met to awkward date anecdotes, and advice for modern daters still looking for that special someone.

If you met your partner online and are interested in finding out more, we’d be delighted to hear from you!

To be considered for the episode you must be:

  • Aged 18 years or over
  • Willing to appear on TV
  • Able to come to our studio in London for a half-day in late September (exact date TBC)

To apply, email us at HorizonDating@bbc.co.uk with:

  • A photo of yourselves together as a couple
  • A line or two about how you met
  • A contact email address and telephone number*

(*all contact details will remain confidential and will not be shared beyond BBC Horizon production team)

A member of the Horizon team will then get back to you.

Meet your partner online?

If you did then Horizon would like to hear from you
