Friday tickets for Olympia cost £35 + £2.65 booking fee, Saturday & Sunday tickets for Olympia cost £38 + £2.85. Please note that a maximum of 4 tickets per event applies for all 6 Music Festival events.

We strongly recommend booking online wherever possible – this is the best way to get tickets as the online system is able to handle far more simultaneous transactions.

Disabled Access

The Eventim Olympia is located on West Derby Road, just to the North of the city centre. The ballroom was originally known as Locarno and has been a key venue in the city for over 70 years.

The venue does have a viewing platform but there is a limited capacity and spaces need to be booked in advance. If you require access to the viewing platform please complete the registration form found on our Accessibility page and send it back to us via email. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

In addition to the viewing platform we do have some seats available. For those who are able to negotiate stairs, we can offer seating in the balcony. There are approximately 15 steps up to the first row and 18 steps up to the second row.

An accessible toilet is available at the venue.

You need to be aged 18 or over to attend this event.

Please be aware professional photography equipment such as zoom lenses are not allowed in the venue. Selfie sticks are also not permitted.

Food & Drink

A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase inside the venue. All Bars inside the venue will be operating a challenge 25 policy. Food will not be available to purchase inside.
