We want to celebrate true food heroes. Those working in food who are making a massive difference to their communities. They could work with isolated older people, vulnerable young people or disadvantaged families to make their lives better.
BBC Cymru Wales are looking for someone based in Wales who is changing lives through food. This could be a chef, cook or someone involved in food preparation who has stood out in a school, workplace or community as someone who is making an impact.
Named after The Food Programme's first presenter, this award is for the individual or organisation whose work has brought about real change in our relationship with food. This award is voted for by our judges and not open to public nominations.
