Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays offers support to parents, families and friends during the 'coming out' process.

The Rainbow Project

The Rainbow Project provide a range of support services including professional Counselling for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Northern Ireland.

LGBT Helpline Scotland provides information and emotional support to people who may be LGBT and their families, friends and supporters across Scotland.

Information and Support: Gender Identity

People with Gender Dysphoria, or those who have children with Gender Dysphoria, are advised by the NHS to contact their GP as a first course of action.
