Missing People

Missing People offers a confidential, free, 24/7 lifeline for people who run away and go missing each year in the UK.

• If you have run away from home or care, been forced to leave home, or if you are thinking about running away
• If you think someone may be looking for you and would like to pass a message home in confidence to say you are safe and well
• If you have a sighting or information about a missing person

CALM, the campaign against living miserably aims to prevent male suicide in the UK and offers anonymous, confidential listening, information and signposting.

Breathing Space offers a confidential phone and web based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.
