At the start of every year, I wonder if I’ll be able to make a strong enough list of emerging Scottish artists that I like and may also excite y’all over the forthcoming 12 months… and every year I have way too many of course. I’ve narrowed it down to 25 but that should keep you going, huh?!

As ever, there’s a range of different styles and genres to explore. Whether it be men or women, playing acoustic instruments, loud electric guitars, laptops and synths or a combination of them all; there’s a whole heap of exciting music in Scotland right now.
