It's Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 from 18 - 24 May, and many groups involved in the campaign see it as a moment for the UK to focus on mental health.

Whether you're male or female, talking about your feelings is important - especially if those feelings are impacting on your mental health.

We spoke to child psychologist Laverne Antrobus who gave her top tips to help you share how you're feeling with others.
