High school: 'Drawing saved my life'
Jessi felt scared and intimidated when she started secondary school.
The experience was tough at the beginning, but she used drawing to cope with her anxiety.
It helps her to express her emotions and she says it saved her life.
She also finds talking to parents, friends and family members a great help when she's feeling anxious and thinks others should do the same.
