Nile Wilson has become the first British person ever to win gold on the high bar at the European Gymnastics championships.
He beat his team-mate Kristian Thomas, who had to settle for the silver medal.
"To do it alongside him felt more special," Nile told Newsround. "I'm used to training with him, and for him to get the silver was absolutely incredible as well."
The win puts him in a good place ahead of team selection for this summer's Olympic Games.
Nile joined Ayshah on the Newsround sofa to chat about medals, nerves and his road to Rio.
