Boys talk about dramatic kayak rescue

Ricky's been to meet two boys who were rescued by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) after their kayak got into strong waters.

There was a lifeguard on duty at the time and she spotted the boys were in trouble.

She managed to reach the kayak and bring the two boys back safely to the beach.

The RNLI wants people to take care - they say even though the water may seem calm, there could be strong currents underneath that make it difficult to swim.
