Leg splint chick 'doing well'
Roley is not your average chick - she might look pretty chirpy, but when she hatched four days ago, her vet nurse owner, Faye, noticed a problem…
She had damaged her legs when she hatched out of her egg, so Faye fitted her with a little leg brace.
The splint keeps her legs together so she can shuffle around and learn to walk like her brothers and sisters.
Faye designed the splint out of a bandage - and it cost just five pence.
Faye told Newsround Roley is doing well and that hopefully in a couple of days' time her leg brace will be taken off, and she'll be walking like all the other chicks.
