Crowds came out to see the demolition of the 100-year-old Wellington Annex building in New York, USA, on Saturday.

Colourful smoke could be seen coming from the building in Albany before it was reduced to rubble.

The fireworks began at 1.30pm our time, accompanied by flashing lights, streams of bright colours shooting into the sky, loud bangs and puffs of smoke.
