German radio goes wild for Gotze goal

Germany won the World Cup for the fourth time after beating Argentina 1-0 at the Maracana stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Mario Gotze struck seven minutes from the end of extra-time, controlling Andre Schurrle's pass and striking the ball past Argentina goalkeeper Sergio Romero.

Thousands of fans gathered in Berlin erupted into celebration, and partied long into the night.
