'I am not a hero. I just ordered pizza.'

A pilot in the US ordered and paid for pizzas for a plane full of passengers after they were held on the tarmac in Wyoming.

Gerhard Bradner ordered 50 half cheese and half pepperoni pizzas for the passengers - who waited for two hours waiting for bad weather to clear in Denver.

Mr Bradner told the BBC that he had since been called by the airline's president who has promised to pay him back for the cost of the pizzas.
