An entire Devonshire seaside village and popular surfing beaches are to go on sale this weekend.
Bantham is a privately-run estate and has been owned by the same family for generations.
It has 750 acres of land, more than 40 homes, a pub, a harbour and a shop and is expected to be put on the market with an asking price of around £11.5m.
Estate agents said they've already received interest from around the world.
At the moment Bantham doesn't let out cottages to holidaymakers or allow people to have second homes there, which villagers say makes it a 'happy community'.
But locals are concerned that the new owner might not keep the policy.
Tenant Maya Plass said she hoped the National Trust would buy the estate.
She said: "They value that sense of community and society that we've got here."
