Recognise these northern chaps? The Arctic Monkeys took two awards: Best British Group and the British Album Of The Year prize for AM.

Bruno Mars took the Best International Male Solo Act prize, beating the likes of Justin Timberlake and Drake.
TV funny-man and actor James Corden was charged with presenting the whole ceremony, which was streamed live across the world on YouTube for the first time ever.

Bastille won the Best British Breakthrough Act beating other nominees for the prize which included Tom Odell and Laura Mvula.
Nile Rodgers the brains behind many catchy pop-chart tunes performed Get Lucky with Pharrell Williams.
It's that catchy song you would have heard on the radio - 'Waiting All Night' by Rudimental and Ella Eyre. They didn't have to wait all night for a prize though - they bagged the British Single award.
Yes, you guessed it 1D definitely won some prizes... this year they got the Best Video Award which was voted for by the public, and they also won the British Global Success Award.
Suited and booted - the One Direction boys were dressed up smart for the Brit Awards 2014 which was held at the O2 Arena in London on Wednesday 19th February. But did they win anything?
David Bowie wasn't there to pick up his award but he won Best British Male Solo Artist. The global megastar is the oldest person to win a Brit after he released a comeback album last year. He won the same prize 30 years ago!
